Paperback. ARMOR & INTIMACY is a field manual for those who have lived through the unthinkable and still desire a life rooted in connection, meaning, and emotional clarity. It speaks directly to individuals shaped by high-stress professions-law enforcement, military, fire/EMS-as well as survivors of personal trauma who have learned to survive by becoming unbreakable. Yet beneath every hardened exterior is a heart wired for intimacy, belonging, and spiritual restoration. This book teaches readers how to recognize the difference between armor that protects and armor that isolates. It blends research-based practices with spiritual wisdom to offer a path forward marked by truth, humility, accountability, and grace.
