Paperback. Eighteen thousand lives. One impossible distress call. A ship that vanished 184 years ago. Soren Vale has spent years living with the rescue he abandoned. Then his salvage ship, the Wayfarer, receives a distress call bearing a command key that should no longer exist. The signal leads beyond charted space to the Meridian, a colossal colony ark missing for nearly two centuries. Inside, 18,406 sleepers are still alive. Its systems are failing. A stellar storm is closing in. And something woven through the ship is transmitting a message no one can explain. The Continuity Directorate has already made its decision: recover the passengers deemed useful. Leave everyone else behind. To save them all, Soren must defy the government he once served, hold together a crew with secrets of its own, and trust an impossible signal that seems to know humanity better than humanity knows itself. The Ark Beyond the Sun is a cinematic space-opera adventure filled with lost starships, dangerous new worlds, found family, moral choices, and a mystery that reaches beyond the stars. It begins The Orison Frontier, a four-book saga. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from multiple locations in the US or from the UK, depending on stock availability.…
