Add to basketA fantastic look into 19th century arithmetic lessons as to the way the author sees it should be taught. Pocket size hard cover book titled Gradual Lessons in Oral and Written Arithmetic, Part I by David B. Tower, A.M. published by Tappen, Whittemore Mason, Boston 1850. Tower wrote many school lesson books on the subjects being taught at the time. Hoyt, who is listed as president of the company in the top left corner. Book is in fair-good condition, complete, tight. 178 pages, 6 1/4" x 4 1/4".
