The Truth can be known with Theanthropic Ethics, which is one of the few scientific ethical categories. Dr. Brian Keen has researched numerous ethical categories, and has found only Theanthropic Ethics understands that there is one universally applicable Truth. The Truth has practical application in every enterprise, business, or profession. Any business, enterprise, or profession operating in an ethical manner will have the necessary POWER to succeed. Chapter One
Basics of the Truth
The Truth is the compass which the Theanthropic Ethical category utilizes in assisting people to become POWER Living People.
Natural science is developed through Theanthropic Educational pursuits. Ethical requirements are necessary for scientific developments to benefit mankind in the Truth.
Let us look at various aspects of the Truth, as understood by the Theanthropic Ethical category.
The Truth is eternal; consequently the ancient sages had an understanding of the Truth. It is only when the Truth comes to the Earth that the Truth is known completely. The Truth must be eternal since anything less would make the Truth an absurdity.
When a person knows the Cross, then he or she is no longer afraid of the Truth. There is tremendous opposition to the Truth. Many people wish to categorize the truth as a philosophical conceptualizing, instead of realizing that the Truth is actually easier than the alternative. When a person tells lies, it can become almost impossible to keep track of what has been communicated previously. The more one lies the more it becomes impossible to keep track of these lies. However, many people subscribe to the idea that white lies are permissible. The Truth is actually by far the easiest reality.
The Truth shows concern for unity through peace and harmony among all people. Lies can easily disturb people, bringing attacks against certain groups. It is only through striving for the Truth that those differences can be overcome. If all groups are wrong then the Truth is an absolute necessity.
There is a correlation between the Truth and beauty. This is one of the most misunderstood realities of the Truth. The Truth is beautiful, since this fulfills all the desires of people becoming POWER Living People. POWER Living People create beauty and achieve beauty from within. The Truth makes this possible.
The Ethos must be acknowledged even as one espouses the Truth. For example, Jerry Goodis was an advocate of a superior methodology for remuneration for advertising agencies. He acknowledged that he had to bill in spite of the inferiority of the system in order to remain in business. There is always a starting point for everyone. If a person does not recognize their situation, with the many pluses and minuses, then becoming one of the POWER Living People is not possible. Organizations, such as Alcoholics Anonymous, recognize the necessity of the Truth to overcome problems. The Ethos is one of the starting points that has tremendous relevance.
The Truth is not static. The Truth is an eternal journey. We will see the various proofs of this reality, especially the Asymptote, below in the following chapters. This will be clarified in Chapter 8, along with the illustration of the Asymptote.
Today the Truth is under attack. The Truth is considered arrogant and myopic. Nothing can be further from reality. The Truth must be the norm. Otherwise, how can anyone trust anything that is communicated to others? It is liars who perceive the Truth to be arrogant or myopic. The liars are the ones who are to be pitied for they feel that they should be believed, despite their perpetual lying.
The establishment of unethical goal-setting needs to be understood and research based upon objective criteria needs to lead to the Truth. The only answer to these is the establishment of Theanthropic Education that leads people to the Truth. Then these people have the potential of becoming POWER Living People.
The most significant Ethos is that of Community. This is the starting point to understanding the Truth. Internationalism rejects the reality of Community. The source of this misleading concept is the United States. Emotional positive pride in one's Community is appropriate. In fact the ultimate goal of the Truth is a Theanthropic National Community.
Exploitation is the corruption of the Truth and must be guarded against. Anything that belittles anyone is based upon evil, the antithesis of the Truth. The Truth is that every person has the potential to be one of the POWER Living People.
There is evil that must be assessed and addressed. Perhaps there are regulatory bodies who can address this situation. There is a responsibility to promote the Truth. Logic requires that precise terms of reference be utilized. The Certified General Accountants Association of Canada was organized to provide professional accountants (i.e., CGAs) with these terms of reference.
Free enterprise can be divided into two (2) basic strategies. One strategy is entitled, "Red Ocean" and is based upon a conceptualizing of fierce "bloodied" competitive natures in the evolutionary model. The other strategy entitled, "Blue Ocean" is based upon creativity and innovation.
The Truth supports the Blue Ocean strategy, as understood through the Theanthropic Ethical category.
Remember your Ethos with humour. The beauty of the English language is the flexibility to adapt to other languages, even to an ethnic language like Yiddish. Remember to appreciate the conceptualizing within changes that come about.
Some people take their Ethos too seriously. An Ethos is not static, and is dependent upon numerous characteristics. Change is inevitable, so it is absolutely necessary to keep a sense of humour.
The Truth is important. What can you do with people whom you cannot trust?
The Truth is not static. The Truth is active and full of Energy. Let us compare, as Jerry Goodis has, the Truth to an inactive child awaiting his latest gimmicky device rather than utilizing his imagination and creativity. Creativity is available to everyone everywhere. POWER Living People very creative.
The source of creativity is the Truth Who creates this universe out of love from nothing. The Truth's nature is positive and eternal.
The Truth is not understood through data alone, as many economists such as Ludwig von Mises have in applying the Utilitarian ethical category. The Truth is more than simple data. An accountant knows that data has relevance, yet this is simply a tool for establishing relevant goals for an enterprise or a person.
The Truth cannot be assessed based upon size alone.
Bigger is not necessarily better. On the negative side a large entity may be prone to a bureaucratic mentality which leads to viewing inertia in a positive light. Creativity is important when producing success.
Theoretically, it appears that large entities have an intrinsic advantage. Lines of communications can become burdensome. The less the creative aspect of the enterprise, the larger the enterprise can become unless Wisdom is implemented. This involves solidarity in meeting the needs of the client or customer, as well as all stakeholders.
Creativity is the dominant reality of the Truth. The Truth is active and demands unencumbered communications for everyone. Conflicts of interest can be easily resolved when communications flow freely. The end result is true success through sales. The Truth leads to success for all POWER Living People.
Data must be based upon reality. Hard data, if available, is paramount. Soft data has relevance yet must be assessed as a secondary source. Make certain that the data is reviewed within the appropriate contextualizing. (NB: Is it hard, soft, or extrapolated data?) Prioritizing is relevant.
The Truth is paramount. Sincerity has no relevance when the Truth is not adhered to. Half-truths are deceptive. Anything less than the Truth leads to Nihilism.
The Truth, like marketing in a political campaign, requires extensive research. There must be thorough analyses of data to recognize the prevalence of the data.
Literacy is important for the Truth to be understood. This is essential since ignorance is the enemy of all civilization. Theanthropic Education is an ongoing process.
The future must be determined when assessing the Truth. Change is inevitable, so extrapolating data determines where an individual or Enterprise is going. The ultimate goal must be the Truth, when as Jerry Goodis stated, "The Churches Are Full; The Jails Are Empty." Training for change is essential. There may be a niche for positioning your profession or business.
Ethical Perspective:
The Truth is essential for any ethical category. Only the Theanthropic Ethical category has a scientifically-verifiable understanding of the Truth.
For business, ethics can never be understood within the context of principles that are either right or wrong. Ethics must make sense within the context of our Ethos. This is essential.
There must be an acknowledgement of evil in its various forms. Creativity is the best antidote to any evil, no matter how weak the evil may appear to be. Corporate social responsibility is one of the methodologies that can assist in acquiring the Truth. As Jerry Goodis said, "innovation is the offspring of challenge." "Support what is right, oppose what is wrong."
The Truth is Absolute.
The Truth is one Hypostasis of the Tri-Hypostatical Divinity.
Chapter Two
Historical Conceptualizing
The Truth can be understood as Light. We shall look at the Truth throughout history as attested by the words of an ancient Chinese sage who said, "Blow out the candles! The sun is up!"
Religion in History
All religions have one source with the Ancestral Religion which is monotheistic. The original religion of mankind was that there is one Truth.
All laws had a common source. There was no contrast between religious and social law.
Every ancient religion utilized symbolism. Religion was far more elaborate historically than it is in modern times.
Analysis of data indicates that there has always been an acknowledgement of truth and the existence of a god.
The conceptualizing of the Truth has been understood from the earliest times. In fact ancients have had sophisticated understanding of many aspects of life. It is an interesting reality that the ancient Roman sewer system works today, while the modern systems have a lifespan of fifty years. That is just one example, of the reliability of ancients' conceptualizing.
The Truth of Paradise and the subsequent loss can be found in the ancient societies throughout the world. In their desire to return to Paradise they recognized blood sacrifices. Some cults even went so far as to desire human sacrifice.
Philosophers
Philosophers sought the Truth through inquiry. Ancient philosophers were very practical in their application of the philosophy.
The Truth was understood by Israel who had received the Law through revelation, and pagan religions through natural methodologies. Israel is the exception in their evaluation of the Truth.
Between 628 and 551 BC, Zarathustra conceived of Truth within the context of ethical and eschatological dualism. There was recognition of mankind's innate freewill. Fire was recognized as the symbol of the Truth. Fire purifies through heat and light. People who live by the Truth would experience financial and spiritual success in their lifetime, as well as eternal blissful existence after death.
Confucius (551 to 479 BC) and Siddhrtha Gautama (563 to 483 BC) held the view that morality was the heart of religion.
Lao Tzu (circa 500 BC) wrote the book Tao Teh Ching. Tao means "Way" or "path of life." Lao Tzu reveals the Truth as singular and Who governs the entire universe.
Ethical Perspective:
Philosophers understood that there was a Truth that could be comprehended. Theanthropic Ethics recognizes that these evaluations have relevance. Every person has a starting point, and ancient philosophy was a starting point for attempting to understand the Truth.
This is the reality of Theanthropic Ethics. Start where you are, and utilize the skills that the Truth has given to you. Then you will understand the Truth.
Israel
Israel is the most important reality of the Truth. Israel understands the Truth through the reality of revelation with the Truth.
Abraham is the father of the Theanthropic Nation of Israel.
Abraham was a contemporary of Melchizedek, a priest of the Truth. The covenant relationship in the Truth commences with Abraham. Israel is Abraham's grandson.
Ancient Israel recognizes the validity of objective Truth. The Truth is understood as the pre-existent Wisdom. This permits Moses to understand his role of wise shepherd after his experienced the theophany with the Truth at the burning bush on Mount Sinai.
The Truth was given to Moses through Direct Revelation. One of these realities is the formal worship within the Tabernacle. Previously, there was no formal worship, although there were numerous experiences of theophany through the Truth. There are numerous examples throughout The Torah, such as the giving of "a decade of words."
Moses was exposed to the Eternal Truth Who created the entire universe Now Israel creates the Tabernacle, which is the Truth's Dwelling. The Tabernacle is very complex, based upon the pattern provided to Moses.
The Truth revealed the correct methodology for Israel to worship. This was first instituted in the Tabernacle, then the Temple. The Synagogue has continued as the specific place of worship.
Within the institution of the Tabernacle an investiture of priestly responsibilities, along with the wearing of vestments were adopted. Sacrifices and offerings were instituted, along with prescribed rituals.
The synagogue continues to be the primary building for worship, since the destruction of the Tabernacle and Temple. The synagogue is the assembly of the People of Ehyeh, i.e., Israel. Central to the layout of the synagogue are a bema and the Ark covered by a veil.
The most noteworthy feature of the covenant relationship with the Truth is circumcision.
The monotheism of Israel bears a deeply vital and highly ethical character since there is a single, essential, personal Ehyeh Who is Almighty, Creator of the universe, an ultimate Judge, and Holy. This conceptualizing of Ehyeh leads to the understanding that ethical perfection is possible. Ehyeh describes Himself as "I AM." The Truth is the ultimate goal for all who wish to live ethically.
Mankind is capable of choosing to live ethically, through obedience to the Truth and performing good deeds (i.e., mitzvot). These are important to Israel's world view. In ancient Israel prior to the ascent of King Saul, there was a theocracy in Truth, since Ehyeh ruled. This is unique in history. There is no other successful theocracy anywhere although there have been attempts by many groups.
In fact, the King of Israel is none other than Ehyeh. Under the rule of Judges, power was exercised through the authority of the Truth. Israel is the prototype of the Theanthropic Nation. This happens throughout the history of Israel commencing with the anointing of Saul as King of Israel.
Israel had strong concern for humanity based upon restoration, such as gleaning and return of property and forgiveness of debt at the time of the jubilee. Man must adapt his or her natural will to the holy will of Ehyeh. Israel was understood as Ehyeh's chosen people, since they were chosen and loved by Ehyeh. The nation was rooted in the awareness of their covenant relationship with Ehyeh.
As Ehyeh's chosen people there was corporate worship as well as private ceremonies for the individual.
A Book in the Scripture of Israel, Wisdom of Solomon, has components consisting of cosmological proofs relating to the reality of the Truth.
Israel is a call to a life of holiness.
Ethical Perspective:
Israel understands the Truth and has a covenant with the Truth commencing with Abraham. This covenant relationship grows and becomes all-inclusive. Theanthropic Ethics does not see any demarcation, just as Israel sees no demarcation.
Greek Philosophers
Greek philosophers had an understanding of the relevance of the Truth. They attempted to seek the ultimate knowledge of the Truth.
Socrates (circa. 469 to 399 BC), the philosopher taught that the universe is supported by the Truth. He expressed the idea of the Truth through the concept of the Logos which is understood as "word" or "word of truth." Socrates and his disciples pursued the Truth as opposed to pagan gods. He was sentenced the death. He voluntarily drank of the cup of death for the sake of the Truth. To Socrates, the Truth was more important than death. Plato (428/427 to 348/347 BC) recognized the inadequacies and limitations of the natural human methodologies in perceiving the Truth. Revelation is the only methodology in recognizing the Truth. Theanthropic Ethics is the only scientifically-based ethical category that recognizes the validity of Revelation coming from the Truth.
