The author, deeply concerned by accusations that he had fabricated Loganââ â¢s famous speech to further his own political agenda, launches a vigorous defense of his own integrity and seeks to establish the veracity of Loganââ â¢s words. Through the book, the author assembles a compelling body of evidence, including firsthand accounts, letters, and sworn testimonies, to prove the authenticity of Loganââ â¢s speech and the tragic events that inspired it. The book not only sheds light on a fascinating and long-forgotten historical incident but also delves into the complexities of race relations, historical truth, and the power of language to shape public opinion. The authorââ â¢s passionate and meticulous defense of Loganââ â¢s speech and the truth of his story offers a fascinating glimpse into the historical context of the American frontier and the profound impact that historical narratives can have on our understanding of the past. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format.
