Copyrighted and Published for Faudel, Phillips and Sons, London, n.d. Poor condition, off-white covers with red lettering and photo of ?native American girl to front cover and bead bag to back cover. Covers are soiled and rubbed with edge creases and small chips and tears. Spine mended with sticky tape. Inside cover also mended with sticky tape, as are two other openings. The book has 40 pages, all present, and is stapled with the staples rusted. Thumbing to pages, and one very minor tear to each page. Black and white diagrams of various beadwork designs including purses, wrist bags, collars and chains. With many different motifs. Includes directions on how to use the Apache Beadwork Loom, and b/w photos of finished articles and also of 'Home of the original beadworker'.

We are a family run bookshop in rural Galloway, based in a restored eighteenth century cotton mill. We are open daily April to October. We have a very good collection of Scottish books, poetry, art and architecture, and natural history, and a good general collection.
