Introducing:
Anxiety and Panic Attacks
A Step by Step Guide to Manage Panic Disorders, Dissolve Anxiety Through Simple Exercises and Increase Your Mind and Body Health.
Your Customers will be happy to use this helpful Book!
This book provides readers with the definition and explanation of the seldom-breached topic of panic and social anxiety disorders and phobias. Learn the different methods used, such as EMDR and the David Berceli Method, along with the strategies and procedures to help you deal with disorders, phobias, and attacks.
This book is not for everyone.
If you think that there is some simple remedy, a good doctor, or one pill that can relieve you of anxiety and panic attacks, I have to disappoint you. There is nothing like that. To change your condition, you will have to work on yourself. This will require your active participation and perseverance. All your efforts will be rewarded a hundredfold when you finally overcome your own resistance and triumph over the problem - be it fear, anxiety, or panic attacks. This is a journey at the end of which you will find a reward worth every step taken on the way towards it: great self-awareness, self-control, inner peace, and self-confidence.
If you are ready to actively participate, make efforts, consciously work on changing your state, there will be an exciting road ahead of us, as a result of which you will regain good health, a positive attitude, and good spirits.
If you prefer to remain passive - to come in despair and hope that someone or something will help you without any effort on your part - you should not read this book, it will not help you.
My book describes techniques for working with your internal state. Choose the one that suits you in your current circumstances and use it until you achieve a tangible result. All the methods described here can be well combined with each other; they can be practiced alternately or in parallel. What kind of equipment you choose is not important. The main thing is that you really use it.
This book is a tool chest. Tools do nothing on their own. They wait for a person to pick them up and start using them to create the changes in life that they want. I suggest you master these tools, and everything else will depend on you.
Sometimes some people ask me: "How effective are these techniques, how quickly will they give a result?" To this, I reply: "How effective are the hammers or saws? The saw saws as fast as the person's hand guiding. A hammer 's effectiveness depends on the person holding it".
"Well, how do we master these techniques so that they begin to work quickly and efficiently?", people ask me. This is very easy - just start using them and do it regularly. Over time, you will get better and better. Use them for a week, and you will
