This fun and relatable anxiety activity book teaches new skills every lesson, which helps students become more independent and manage their worries. All the research and hard work have been done for you. Your job is to help guide your students through the evidence-based program. This workbook has been designed to be easily relatable to students. There are many fun examples and metaphors using video games, Roblox, YouTube, and pop culture.
Before each student lesson, you can use the facilitator's guide, which explains each concept clearly. It gives you a step-by-step guide on approaching each topic and successfully delivering an effective program. All the skills you will teach are ones you would learn in cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT). It's a combination of cognitive and behavioural therapies that will help you think positively and confidently and act that way too.
