Published by Tobias Conrad Lotter (1717-1777).Artists and Engravers: Tobias Conrad Lotter married into Matthaeus Seutter's well-established publishing business. He became one of the most prolific cartographic publishers on the Continent, and produced a vast array of fine maps ranging in scope from double hemispheres to celestial charts. Lotter took over Seutter's business in 1756 and continued to publish Seutter's reworked plates until his death in 1777.Condition: Fine. General age related toning and occasional light staining from handling as visible on scans. In 2018 he decided to further develop his personal collection through 'Pictura Prints'. Peter has a background in design and landscape architecture and holds a degree in paper restauration. He holds shop in Overasselt, a small town on the Maas river near Nijmegen, The Netherlands, which can be visited by appointment. He is a member of the Dutch Association of Antiquarians (NVVA) and the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB).

We ship worldwide and package our items meticulously. We carry an umbrella insurance policy. Our shipment rates are based on shipments up to 1 kg. For heavier shipments we will contact you with a quote. Currently our surcharge for international shipments over 1 kg is 9,14 euro / kg. In addition POST NL temporarly charges 3,60 euro per kg due to CORONA related logistics. We ship by registered mail through POST NL. Expedited shipping or shipment through another carrier is available on request at a possible surcharge.
