Frame with labeling of degrees and subdivisions of 5 ? Meridian origin of Madrid. In the lower left corner is the title, the authors and the year of publication. In the upper right corner the graphic scales are indicated in leagues of 20 to the degree, of 7572 and 5000 Castilian varas. Planimetry with cities represented by small circles, communications network, indication in leagues of Spain of the distances between populations and political-administrative division. The hydrography represents the main network, with denomination of the most important rivers. The coast of Huelva is enhanced with horizontal striping. Abundant toponymy. Lettering in romanilla and italics. Dated during the reign of Isabel II (1833-1868).Made by after an anonymous artist.Medium: engraving / hand coloured on wove (vellin) paper.Sheet size: 48 x 35 cm (18.9 x 13.78 inch). Condition: good, given age. Folds in margins, partly strenthened. Creases. Tears in upper margin, backed. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling.
