Anti-Diet: The Paradigm Has Shifted is a bold, empowering guide that challenges toxic diet culture and reshapes how we approach weight loss, wellness, and self-worth. Co-authored by Robert Reames, nationally recognized fitness expert, certified nutritionist, and longtime head trainer for The Dr. Phil Show, and S.C. Watson, a trained chef, certified nutritionist, and behavioral change specialist, this book combines decades of professional expertise and personal transformation.
Rather than offering another restrictive meal plan or one-size-fits-all solution, Anti-Diet dismantles the myths that fuel chronic dieting and weight stigma. It provides a liberating roadmap rooted in metabolic healing, mindset transformation, and evidence-based behavior change.
With personal stories, powerful client case studies, and actionable tools, Reames and Watson show readers how to stop chasing thinness and start building true health—mentally, physically, and emotionally. This is not about willpower. It’s about waking up to a new way of living where food is no longer the enemy, and your body is no longer the battleground.
The paradigm has shifted. It’s time to reclaim your power.
