The authors reveal the spiritual link that connects man to animal through true stories of people whose lives have been changed forever by relationships or encounters with animals. In co-author Charlene Johnson's inspirational personal story, a Labrador retriever she has never seen before saves her from a charging pit bull, then vanishes as quickly and mysteriously as it appeared. The wondrous stories continue, from the man whose dangerous encounter with an owl leads to a stunning breakthrough in his life to the heartwarming tale of the gentle dog that brought an elderly woman out of her apartment and helped her reconnect with people for the first time in years.
Animal Angels is a testament to the hope, love, and happiness that all people can find if they open their hearts and minds to the wonder of the special bond we share with animals and the life lessons they can provide.
