Goats are becoming increasingly popular amongst pet owners who want an animal they can interact with but which is more exotic than the usual cat or dog. It is difficult not to fall in love with them; not only are they cute, friendly and incredibly playful but they are also intelligent and - with a bit of time and patience - can easily be trained.
This book contains everything you need to know about caring for the Anglo Nubian Goat and is aimed at the novice owner who is thinking about buying their first goat. From where to purchase, how to select a healthy animal to feeding, housing and caring for your new pet, this book has all the information you need to get started.
There is a lot of conflicting information out there which can be confusing; what should you believe and what should you ignore?
This is an all in one, go to guide, which covers all the main topics and answers any questions you may have. Unlike other books that often focus on goat care as a whole this book is targeted specifically at the Anglo Nubian Goat.
By the time you reach the end you should be able to provide your new pet with a stress free, happy home.If you only buy one book about Anglo Nubian Goats make sure it’s this one.
Covered in this book….- Features of Anglo Nubian Goats- Laws to Consider Before Purchasing - Do Anglo Nubian Goats Make Good Pets?- One Goat or Two?- Questions to Ask a Breeder - How to Spot a Healthy Goat- Where to Buy- What to Feed- Fencing and Housing Considerations - Common Illnesses- Entering Your Pet Into Goat Shows- How to Breed - How to Train Your Anglo Nubian Goat - ….and much, much more
