Add to basketHotshot pilot Talia "Colt" Levin has been discharged after crashing her F/A 18 Super Hornet. Resigned to a quiet life as a flight instructor, Colt settles down in Pennsylvania on her late grandmother's airfield. Among the rusted skeletons of old aircraft lie secrets decades in the making... And an art scandal that will change Colt's life forever.
Following the clues her grandmother left behind, Colt is drawn into a hunt that soars across continents. Facing brutal mercenaries and sinister international agents, she and her friends must race to unearth the stolen treasures hidden on her grandmother's land.
What she discovers will shatter everything Colt knew about her grandmother and expose lies festering at the heart of her family legacy.
Arleigh Jacobs first saw the TV show JAG when she was twelve-years-old, and promptly fell in love. F-14 Tomcats became her obsession, and her dream was to become a fighter pilot. Her biggest heartbreak was learning that the Royal Australian Air Force fleet did not include the Tomcat. Her second heartbreak came when she discovered she didn't have the stomach for excessive gravitational forces. She now writes about fighter pilots instead of being one, although she still dreams of one day flying in an F-14.
