_______________________________________________________________________________________________
Could the diet of our ancestors prevent, treat, and reverse most cases of overweight, coronary heart disease (CHD), cancer, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, age-related macular degeneration (AMD), and autoimmune disease, including multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Crohn’s disease, and ulcerative colitis, as well as most other chronic, degenerative diseases? And is this a diet plan that is simple, effective, and allows one to eat to their heart’s content?
And what is the single most important component of an ancestral diet? The answer is as simple as the elimination of vegetable oils – oils that are extremely high in omega-6 fats – which are highly pro-oxidative, pro-inflammatory, toxic, and nutrient deficient. Come witness for yourself… the evidence is beyond compelling… it even meets the Bradford Hill criteria of ‘proof,’ as the authors have clearly demonstrated.
Chris Knobbe, MD, is a physician, ophthalmologist, nutrition researcher, author, speaker, public health advocate, and the founder of two nonprofit organizations: Ancestral Health Foundation and Cure AMD Foundation. Since 2015, Dr. Knobbe has given scores of presentations and achieved international academic recognition for his work on the dangers of highly polyunsaturated vegetable oils. Dr. Knobbe’s goals are altruistic and humanitarian; he accepts no compensation for his work in this field.
Suzanne Alexander, M.Ed., is a multi-award-winning educator and health and nutrition researcher with more than 40 years of research to her credit. Suzanne, like Dr. Knobbe, accepts no compensation for her work in this field. Both authors hope only to save as many people as possible from the devastation they’ve witnessed individually and observed nationally, internationally, and globally. They’ve clearly chosen a noble crusade – from which we can all benefit.

Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on standard-sized books weighing up to 4 LB, or 1.8 KG. If your book order is heavy and/or over-sized and the shipping address is OUTSIDE of The United States, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
At Mahler Books, we make no attempt to over-charge for shipping. Sometimes International buyers are surprised to discover the high cost of shipping heavy or over-sized books.
If you are located OUTSIDE of The United States, and you are ordering a heavy or over-sized book, the shipping costs are estimated to be about 42 US dollars. This is the cost of the Global Priority Flat Rate Box. I agree that this shipping cost seems excessive, but this is what the Postal Service charges me, and this is the cheapest rate I have been able to locate for large books weighing over 1.8 KG.
