14.8x10 cm. Illustrated wrappers, detached, but overall very good condition with light wear at edges and near staples on spine. 88 pp., 2 color plates (identical) Promotional guide to entertainment and activities available in Atlantic City, New Jersey for the week of April 3, 1922. Ads for theatrical productions include a performance by Al Jolson and a play, My Lady's Lips, which stars William Powell who would become a movie star in the 1930's. Ads for movies include those starring Rudolph Valentino, Harold LLoyd, Gloria Swanson and others. There is also an ad for a caberet, the Cafe Bal Tabarin, featuring Evelyn Nesbit who had been a central figure in the sensational death of architect Stanford White. Many ads for local businesses. The front cover advertises daily Curtiss passenger flights. Overall, this provides a wonderful look at Atlantic City at its height as a resort destination.
