About the Author:
Leon F. Bouvier is Adjunct Professor of Demography at Tulane University and Senior Fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies. He served as demographic consultant to the U.S. House of Representatives Select Committee on Population and the Select Commission on Immigration and Refugee Policy. His publications include Immigration and Social Diversity, Fifty Million Californians and Peaceful Invasions.
Lindsey Grant is a retired National Security Council staff member and Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Environment and Population, and the author of Foresight and National Decisions: The Horseman and the Bureaucrat and Elephants in the Volkswagen.
