Oldham, M.D., M.S., is Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff of The Menninger Clinic; Barbara and Corbin Robertson Jr. Endowed Chair for Personality Disorders; and Professor and Executive Vice Chair of the Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Oldham is Past President of the American Psychiatric Association.

Andrew E. Skodol, M.D., is Research Professor of Psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson, Arizona.

Donna S. Bender, Ph.D., is Director of Counseling and Psychological Services at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
