About the Author
Kristen J. Tsetsi is an award-winning fiction writer who has taught creative writing, screenwriting, and playwriting at the Trollwood Performing Arts School in Fargo, North Dakota. She received her MFA from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2003, and since then has been a college English instructor, a reporter, and an editor. For fun, she films episodes for a comic-relief YouTube series created for and by writers, called Inside the Writers Studio.
Bayard Godsave is an assistant professor of English at Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma. His fiction has appeared inCream City Review, Confrontation, Another Chicago Magazine, Bryant Literary Review, and Evansville Review.
Bruce Pratts novel, The Serpents of Blissfull, was published by Mountain State Press, and his poetry collection,Boreal, was published by Antrim House Books. His short fiction, poetry, and drama have appeared in dozens of journals in the United States, Canada and Europe, and have won several awards. He teaches creative writing at the University of Southern Maine and received his MFA from its Stonecoast program.

Josip Novakovich moved from Croatia to the U.S. at the age of twenty. He has published a novel,April Fool's Day, which has since been published in ten languages, three story collections (Infidelities: Stories of War and Lust,Yolk, and Salvation and Other Disasters), and three collections of narrative essays. His work was anthologized in Best American Poetry, the Pushcart Prize collection, and O. Henry Prize Stories. Novakovich earned the Whiting Writer's Award, a Guggenheim fellowship, two National Endowment for the Arts fellowships, the Ingram Merrill Award, and an American Book Award, and he has been a writing fellow of the New York Public Library. He teaches creative writing at Concordia University in Montreal.

Chris Belden is the author of the novel Carry-on, published by Rain Mountain Press in 2012. His stories have been published inSkidrow Penthouse, VENU, and other places, and he is co-author of the feature filmAmnesia, starring Ally Sheedy. He teaches writing at Fairfield University and at a high-security men's prison. In 2011, he received an MFA from Fairfield University.
Sean Conaway writes and teaches in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, where he lives with his wife, two daughters, and a smelly dog. He is currently pawning off his just-completed novel to anyone brave enough to read it.
Stephanie Dickinsons poetry and fiction have appeared in Cream City Review,Inkwell, and other places. She is an associate editor at Mudfish, and she is publisher and editor ofSkidrow Penthouse. Her poetry collection, Corn Goddess, and two short story collections,Road of Five Churches and Straight Up and No Sky There, were published by Rain Mountain Press. She lives in New York.
Theresa Duve Morales grew up in Des Moines and now lives in Woodland, California, with her husband and two daughters. She teaches middle school art and is working on a short story collection. This is her first publication.
Chidelia Edochies fiction and nonfiction have appeared in Gulf Coast, Los Angeles Review, and other places, and she is currently working on a novel. She was a top-25 honoree for Glimmer Trains Short Story Award for New Writers, and received a fiction scholarship from the Association of Writers & Writing Programs. She lived, painted, and wrote in the Chinese city of Guangzhou for years.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal
Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Bay State Book Company, North Smithfield, Rhode Island, U.S.A., without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
