The staple-bound 4to paperback has a some penned check marks and/or circles by a number of the listings in the 24-page American Civil War reference publication, but remains fully legible. The printed paper wrapper has a prior owner name stamp in front and some yellowing along the edges. In short, a dated, but still useful reference work.
