You already hired the advisors.
You already know what to do.
So why aren't you doing it?
This book is not about strategy. You have strategy. It's not about motivation. You have that too. It's about the one thing nobody in your boardroom will say out loud — that the gap between what you know and what you do is costing you more than any bad investment ever has.
Six weeks of hesitation on a $5 million decision is $150,000 in lost momentum. That number never shows up on a P&L. But it's real. And it compounds.
You Already Know is a field manual for founders and investors who are stuck not because they lack information — but because they've built an invisible architecture around their decisions that guarantees the ball never moves. You'll learn to identify the four decision archetypes that keep elite operators circling instead of committing. You'll understand why your advisors — even the best ones — are economically incentivized to tell you what you want to hear. And you'll install the specific protocols that convert clarity into committed action, 48 hours at a time.
This is not coaching. It is counsel.
The most expensive advice you will ever receive is the silence from people who knew the answer and had every reason not to say it.
You already know what move to make.
This book makes sure you make it.
