Druck auf Anfrage Neuware - Printed after ordering - Before every meeting, the hesitation shows up. That quiet question - am I really ready - professional self-doubt often hides behind competence, behind the title that sounds accomplished, behind the work that did get done. Readiness rarely arrives. We learn alongside the doing. This book doesn't promise sudden confidence or career shortcuts. It meets you in the slow stretch between trying and trusting your own voice. The small wins at work - sending the message, asking the question, finishing the task - rarely feel like proof. They are proof. When you stop waiting to feel ready and start noticing what you've already done, something shifts. Not overnight. Not in big leaps. But in the quiet recognition that small steps count, even when no one applauds. A grounded companion for anyone building confidence from the inside out.
