Review
“What an awesome story! Engaging, memorable, and some really creepy and exciting moments. Good cast of characters. Looking forward to the next one!” J. Russell
“This thought-provoking thriller captured this reader and drew them into the plot and the heart-pounding adventures. The author uses words like an artist paints a picture so that the reader can see in the theatre of the mind the settings and events described. The moral dilemma of cross breeding species was well presented and left room for the reader to ponder frequently ... is this a novel or could this really be happening in our world today. All in all, an excellent read that left me wanting more by the end of the story.” Cheryl Donica
“I absolutely love the writing voice of Kenneth L. Decroo in Almost Human. The book is a page turner. Once I started reading it I didn't want to stop. The language is brilliant, and the story most exciting. This is fiction, however these thoughts might very well be something scientists discuss, and have discussed for long time. I rarely read thrillers, but really enjoyed this one.” Maria Jansson
“I loved the book. It was fast paced, very informative, and never dull. It posed questions about theories of interbreeding within primate species and always kept you looking to the next chapter.” Moira A Foster
“Fun, exciting, informative, and thrilling. Almost Human kept me on the edge of my seat from page 1 and just got bigger and better all the way through to the end. In just one book I've become a fan of Ken Decroo's brilliant and intelligent writing. The plot, the characters, the relationships between humans and chimps are just incredible. And then there are those adorable chimps. Excellent piece of work; all in all deserving an A+.” Gary Seiler
