Sebastian 23 - also known in social networks as mondschae23 - writes about 5712 easy ways to save the world. Very concrete, practical, determined - and above all optimistic and with humour. Because it is important to laugh at yourself once and not to take everything deadly. After all, it's all about the future of humanity.
For many years, Sebastian 23 has been intensively dealing with the topics of "environmental protection", "traffic turn" and "climate crisis". Not only as a father of two children, he is thinking about the future. On stage and on the Internet, he speaks to thousands of people as a poetry slammer and comedian about everything that drives him. And despite justified worries, Sebastian 23 is sure: everything will be fine! Or better: it can be good if we don't let us be paralyzed by all the gloomy perspectives and bad news. The world will not perish. Because we still have it in our hand to turn a lot for the positive when we come to action. It will certainly not be an easy way, maybe more than 5712 steps are necessary.
But from Sebastian 23's point of view, there are also positive tipping points: for him it is the moments when we decide to jump "through the dark into the light". When hope drives us, when we become active and we succeed, for example, to solve the issue of mobility differently: without the use of fossil energies and yet affordable and barrier-free for all. This is far more than a green dream, because the idea of an almost car-free city centre is feasible, some cities in Europe, such as Amsterdam or Copenhagen, have long since been found. Why should this not also be possible in Bochum, Berlin or Baden-Baden? Or in cities without B?
Testimonials to the book:
"I hope everyone will read it and understand what is happening here and what we can do!"
