About the Authors
Rohit Bansal is working as Professor in Department of Management Studies in Vaish College of Engineering, Rohtak, India. He is a perseverant, passionate academician cum seasoned professional. He obtained Ph.D. in Management from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. With a rich experience of 16 years, he has achieved growth through robust and proactive academic initiatives. Moreover, he is working as an Online Adjunct Faculty in Optics Teacher Training Institute, Liberia. He is also working as online Instructor on Udemy.com having launched six online courses with 15.000 students enrolled till date. He has authored & edited 42 books with renowned national & international publishers including Springer Nature, IGI Global, Scrivener-Wiley Publishing, De Gruyter, Central West Publishing etc. In addition to, he has published 160 research papers and chapters in national and international journals of repute as well as edited books. His research work is published in leading publishers like Springer, MDPI, HIndawi, IGI Global, Cell Press, De Gruyter, Elseveir, Inderscience, Wiley etc. He has also presented papers in 60 conferences and seminars including IIM Indore, IIM Ranchi, IIM Jammu and IIM Kozhikode. His area of interest includes marketing management, organizational behavior, mental health and well-being, customer engagement, digital marketing, influencer marketing, emerging technologies, industry 5.0, sustainable development, e-learning . He is on Editorial Advisory Board as a member in 120 national and international peer reviewed journals. He is Managing Editor of International Journal of 360° Management Review. He has served as member of technical committee in many international conferences. Dr. Rohit has acted as session chair and speaker in many international conferences. . He has been awarded many times for contribution to academics and research. Apart from this, he has been awarded one Australian Patent and published thirteen Indian Patents. Aziza Chakir is a Senior Lecturer, Keynote Speaker and currently serves as a HDR professor at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Social Sciences, Hassan II University in Casablanca, Morocco. Her research interests include in the area of Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Digital culture, Software Engineering, Knowledge Transfer Technology, IT Governance, Cloud Computing, Suitable Development (Green IT..), Machine Learning, Big Data, Data mining. She is currently working on many projects such as “Green computing” and “Ecological frameworks”. Her disciplines include Architectural Engineering Information Technology, Politics Information Systems (Business Informatics) and Artificial Intelligence Distributed Computing. Her skills and expertise fall into the fields of Risk Management, E-Learning, Business Intelligence, IT Governance, Corporate Governance, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, and E-Government.
Dr Abdul Hafaz bin Ngah, is a senior lecturer in School of Maritime Business and Management Universiti Malaysia Terngganu. Previously sponsored by Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education to pursue his study in Technology Management, regarding the adoption of Halal Supply chain among Malaysian Halal manufacturers in Universiti Malaysia Pahang. His research interests are Halal supply chain, Tourism Management, Knowledge Sharing and technology adoption studies.

Moreover, he has many publications to his credit in ugc care and scopus indexed journals. He has been awarded many times for contribution to academic and research.
