This set contains: The Alcohol Controversy: An Examination, in the Form of Dialogues, of Articles by Sir James Paget and Others in The Contemporary Review, 1885. A detailed and comprehensive study on the effects of alcohol, being partly a revision of certain facts and figures in the last edition of "Alcohol and the Human Body" by Sir Victor Horsley and Dr. Mary Sturge. Written by Courtenay C. Weeks, a British surgeon at the Royal Herbert Hospital. With a foreword from Sir Thomas Barlow, a British royal physician. In the original full cloth binding.
