nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - Why does an agnostic need to pray This haunting question marks the beginning of a remarkable spiritual quest. For prayer is nothing we ought to do. It is something we need as much as food or rest or exercise. Yet to whom do we pray if we're not religious How do we even begin This book is for those who have trouble finding spiritual nurture in a religious setting. It is for those who hunger for something more than power, status, or excitement. It is for those who wish to find peace within themselves in a troubled world. Written by a former priest, Agnostic's Guide draws on a rich heritage of Celtic and American Indian spirituality. Through gentle engagement with tough questions, it invites us to rediscover what we have known all along in our hearts.
