Moir and his brother set out to open up a trade route between the East coats and the district round the Great Lakes of Nyaja and Tanganyika and includes some hunting, chapters on my first elephant, a big boy, taming young elephants, small game etc. the Moir brothers were also responsible for the abolition of the slave trade in those parts.
