Watch your dreams soar high when you overcome anxiety and push through the fear of failing
Thomas wants to build a tree house. But then he starts thinking scary thoughts like: What if the tree house looks silly? What if it ends up being a giant disaster? In Don't Be Afraid to Fail, kids will discover how overcoming fear and finding your courage can help you have fun and unlock the confidence code to accomplish whatever you desire or dream to do!
Discover how to plant "growth mindset" seeds so that you can accomplish any goal
When mistakes make you quake, it can make you turn into a worry machine. But don't let fear stop you from having fun! If you worry too much about all the things that could go wrong, you'll miss out on all the things that could go right. In Don't Be Afraid to Fail, kids will learn how to develop a strong growth mindset so that they can confidently try new things.
Written by a children's psychologist to help kids grow a strong mind & a little spot of courage
Dr. Curtis Hsia, an associate professor at Azusa University and director at the OC Anxiety Center, wants kids to try new things without letting "what if's" get in the way. His mission is to help children think through their fears and help them "get comfortable being uncomfortable." Don't Be Afraid to Fail will equip kids with the tools to have fun despite having scary thoughts.
