At first I thought Tommy Terror was the scottie dog shown on the front of the dj and in some of the artwork throughout. Nope. It's Billy's friend, a nearby N'er do good used as an example of how not to behave. Through pleasant stories Billy and Tommy grapple with the idea that being good means being happy in a series of tales read by parents to their children to help teach cooperation and good behavior.
