The adoption of English as the primary language at European scientific conferences fosters mutual understanding, prompting us to publish all contributions in English, regardless of authors' native languages. Each submission is reviewed by the entire editorial board prior to publication. This series does not aim to compete with original scientific papers in other neurosurgical journals; instead, it highlights significant recent advances in neurosurgery and related fields. Contributions are authored by specialists and form the first part of each volume. The second part features detailed descriptions of standard operative procedures from experienced clinicians, outlining their techniques along with the advantages, challenges, and risks associated with various procedures.
