About the Author

Dr. Akash Kumar Bhoi has completed his B.Tech. (Biomedical Engineering) from Trident Academy of Technology, BPUT University, Odisha and M.Tech. (Biomedical Instrumentation) from Karunya University, Coimbatore in the year 2009 and 2011 respectively. In 2019 he is awarded Ph.D. from Sikkim Manipal University, India. He is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT), India since 2012. He is member of ISEIS and IAENG, associate member of IEI, UACEE and editorial board member reviewer of Indian and international journals. His areas of research are biomedical signal processing, medical image processing, sensors and transducers, and medical instrumentation. He has published several papers in national and international journals and conferences. He has also served on numerous organizing panels for the international conferences and workshops.

Dr. Pradeep Kumar Mallick is currently working as Associate Professor in the School of Computer Engineering , Kalinga Institute of Industrial technology (KIIT) Deemed to be University, Odisha, India and Post Doctoral Fellow (PDF) in Kongju National University South Korea, PhD from Siksha O Anusandhan University, M. Tech. (CSE) from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), and MCA from Fakir Mohan University Balasore, India. Besides academics, he is also involved various administrative activities, Member of Board of Studies, Member of Doctoral Research Evaluation Committee, Admission Committee etc. His area of research includes Algorithm Design and Analysis, and Data Mining, Image Processing, Soft Computing, and Machine Learning. He has published 5 books and more than 55 research papers in national and international journals and conference proceedings.

Dr. Valentina Emilia Balas is currently Full Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad , Romania. She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is author of more than 280 research papers in refereed journals and international conferences . Her research interests are in Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, Smart Sensors, Information Fusion, Modeling and Simulation. She is the Editor-in Chief of the International Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms (IJAIP) and to International Journal of Computational Systems Engineering (IJCSysE), member in Editorial Board member of several national and international journals and is the director of Intelligent Systems Research Centre in Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad. She is a member of EUSFLAT, SIAM and a Senior Member IEEE, member in TC –Fuzzy Systems (IEEE CIS), member in TC – Emergent Technologies (IEEE CIS),member in TC – Soft Computing (IEEE SMCS).

Dr. Bhabani Shankar Prasad Mishra is working as an Associate Professor and Associate Dean in School of Computer Engineering at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha since 2006. He has received his PhD degree in Computer Science from F.M.University, Balasore, Odisha in 2011. He completed his Post Doctoral Research from Soft Computing Laboratory, Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea under the Technology Research Program for Brain Science through the National Research Foundation, Ministry of Education, Science & Technology, South Korea. His research interest includes Evolutionary Computation, Neural Networks, Pattern Recognition, Dataware housing and Mining, and Big Data. He has already published about 61 research papers in refereed journals and conferences, has published one book and edited four books in his credit. He is also acting as an editorial member of various journals.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to California Books, Fort Wayne, Indiana, U.S.A., without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
