Alias Abdul Rahman is a full professor at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Received his PhD from University of Glasgow, U.K in year 2000. Prior to his doctorate education, he spent two years at ITC, Enschede, The Netherlands from 1990 to 1991 for his MSc study. His bachelor education was from North East London Polytechnic (1984 to 1987). His research, academic and professional activities both local and international (ISPRS - as Chairman for WG on Multi-Dimensional GIS from 2008 to 2012, UDMS as national representative for Malaysia) focuses on Geospatial Information Sciences (GIS), 3D GIS and 3D city modelling and recently on LADM (Land Administration Domain Model). Recently appointed as Co-Chair for FIG Joint Commission 7 and 3 for WG 3D LA and LADM (for Session 2023 to 2026). He authored and co-authored more than hundreds of technical papers. He is the founder of the 3D Geoinfo Conference (since 2006) and this conference proceedings was published by Springer Verlag. He also a founder of the GeoAdvances Conference (since 2012). Several books (proceedings and standard book) were published with Springer.
Ivin Amri Musliman is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Built Environment and Surveying, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), where he has served since 2002. He holds a Ph.D. and Bachelor’s degree from UTM and a Master of Science from Stuttgart, Germany. His research expertise encompasses 2D and 3D GIS, with a particular focus on web-based GIS solutions, geo-visualization and the applications of geospatial technologies in resource management and urban planning. He is an active member of UTM's 3D GIS Research Group and contributes to Malaysia's Technical Committee on Geographic Information/Geomatics (TC/G/2). He has published widely in conference proceedings and international journals, contributing to the advancement of GIS and geospatial sciences.
Muhammad Imzan Hassan earned his MSc degree from ITC, Netherlands, and a BSc in Geoinformatics from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). He completed his PhD at UTM in 2017. Currently, he works as a senior lecturer and is part of the 3D GIS group within the Faculty of Built Environment and Surveying at UTM, Malaysia. His areas of expertise include 3D cadastre, marine cadastre, data modeling including spatial databases.
Ainn Zamzuri is currently a PhD student at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Skudai, Malaysia. Her research focuses on the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) with the Land Administration Domain Model (LADM) in the context of Sarawak, demonstrating a strong dedication to advancing the field of geoinformatics and land administration. Ainn's academic journey began at UTM, where she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Geoinformatics. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree in 2019, during which she conducted significant research on the application of GIS technologies. Her commitment to excellence and her passion for geoinformatics continued to shine during her postgraduate studies. She graduated with her Master’s degree in 2022, focusing on conceptual modelling in geospatial data management. Throughout her academic career, Ainn has consistently demonstrated a drive to expand her knowledge and skills, culminating in her current doctoral research. She has published several papers in conferences and journals, contributing valuable insights and advancements in geoinformatics and land administration. Her work aims to address significant challenges in land administration and develop innovative solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Basi6 International, Irving, Texas, U.S.A., without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
