Amar Patnaik is Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, India. Dr. Patnaik has more than 10 years of teaching experience and has taught a broad spectrum of courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He also served in various administrative functions, including Dean International Affairs, and coordinator of various projects. He has guided 20 PhD’s and several M.Tech theses. He has published more than 200 research articles in reputed journals, contributed five book chapters, edited 1 book and filed 7 patents. He is alsothe guest editor of various reputed International and National journals. Dr. Patnaik has delivered more than 30 Guest lecturers in different Institutions and Organizations. He is a life member of Tribology Society of India, Electron Microscope Society of India and ISTE.
Malay Kumar Banerjee served as former Ministry of Steel Chair Professor in the department of Metallurgical and Material Engineering at Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, India.He hasover 43 years of experience in academia, and has taught a broad spectrum of courses related to Metallurgical and Material Engineering at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He also served in various administrative functions and coordinator of various projects. He received many research grants from DST India, Ministry of Steel India, ISRO, DRDO, UGC, DMRL, AICTE, IIF, CPCB, NMRL, MHRD, and BRNS. He provided consulting work for numerous national and international research bodies. He has published more than 110 research articles in national and international journals, presented papers in 30 conferences, contributed 13 book chapters in different books, edited 3 books, and filed 3 patents.
Ernst Kozeschnik is Head of the Institute of Materials Science and Technology at TU Wien since 2009. He has supervised numerous master and PhD thesis, teaches basic and advanced University courses and has authored and co-authored more than 140 scientific papers. He is author of the textbook "Modeling precipitation kinetics". Prof. Dr. Kozeschnik is Lead Developer of the MatCalc software package, which is used in many different universities and research centers worldwide. He is the Head of the Scientific Advisory Board of MatCalc Engineering GmbH. Prof. Kozeschnik was rewarded a "Christian Doppler Laboratory" in 2007, which is one of the most renowned mid-term scientific funds in Austria.
Albano Cavaleirois Professor at the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Coimbra University, Portugal.He has supervised numerous master and PhD thesis, teaches basic and advanced University courses and has authored and co-authored more than 100 scientific papers, 60 of them in International Journals of the Science Citation Index. He has participated in more than 60 international events, such as congresses, conferences, workshops and exhibitions. He has given 15 invited talks in national and international scientific events. J Paulo Davim is Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Averio, Portugal. He has guided large numbers of postdoc, Ph.D. thesis for many universities in different countries. Presently, he is an Editorial Board member of 30 international journals and acts as reviewer for more than 100 prestigious Web of Science journals. In addition, he has also published as editor (and co-editor) more than 125 books and as author (and co-author) more than 10 books, 80 book chapters and 400 articles in journals and conferences.
Vikas Kukshal is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, NIT Uttarakhand, India. He has more than 10 years of teaching experience and has taught a broad spectrum of courses at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has authored and co- authored more than 26 articles in Journals and Conferences, and has contributed 7 book chapters. Presently, he is a reviewer of various national and international journals. He is a life member of Tribology Society of India, The Indian Institute of Metals and The Institution of Engineers. His research area includes material characterization, composite materials, high entropy materials, simulation and modelling.

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel with contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or Biblios, 47 Kaisetstrasse, 60329, frankfurt am main, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
