About the Author
Ji Su Park received his B.S., M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Korea National Open University, Korea, in 2003, 2005, respectively and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science Education from Korea University, 2013. He is currently a Professor in Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering from Jeonju University in Korea. His research interests are in Mobile grid computing, Mobile cloud computing, Cloud computing, Distributed system, Computer education, and IoT. He is employed as managing editor of Human-centric Computing and Information Sciences (HCIS) In addition, he has been serving as a Guest Editor for international journals by some publishers: Springer, MDPI, KIPS. He has received “best paper” awards from the CSA2018, BIC2021, CSA2021 conferences and “outstanding service” awards from CUTE2019 and BIC2020. He has also served as the chair, program committee chair or organizing committee chair at several international conferences including World IT Congress, FutureTech, CSA, CUTE, BIC.
Dr. Jin Wang (IET Fellow; IEEE Senior Member) is a professor in School of Computer Sicence and Engineering at Hunan University of Science and Technology. He received the M.S. degree from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China in 2005. He received Ph.D. degree from Kyung Hee University Korea in 2010. His research interests mainly include wireless ad hoc and sensor network, datacenter network, network performance analysis and optimization etc. He is the Highly Cited Researcher in the world (Clarivate), the Highly Cited Scholar in China (Elsevier) as well as the World's Top 2% Scientist.
Dr. Yi Pan is currently a Chair Professor and the Dean of College of Computer Science and Control Engineering at Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China and a Regents’ Professor Emeritus at Georgia State University, USA. He served as Chair of Computer Science Department at Georgia State University from 2005 to 2020. He has also served as an Interim Associate Dean and Chair of Biology Department during 2013-2017. Dr. Pan joined Georgia State University in 2000, was promoted to full professor in 2004, named a Distinguished University Professor in 2013 and designated a Regents' Professor (the highest recognition given to a faculty member by the University System of Georgia) in 2015.
James J. (Jong Hyuk) Park received Ph.D. degrees in Graduate School of Information Security from Korea University, Korea and Graduate School of Human Sciences from Waseda University, Japan. From December 2002 to July 2007, Dr. Park had been a research scientist of R&D Institute, Hanwha S&C Co., Ltd., Korea. From September 2007 to August, 2009, He had been a professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Kyungnam University, Korea. He is now a professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Department of Interdisciplinary Bio IT Materials, Seoul National University of Science and Technology (SeoulTech), Korea. He has been serving as chair, program committee, or organizing committee chair for many international conferences and workshops. He is a steering chair of international conferences – MUE, FutureTech, CSA, CUTE, UCAWSN, World IT Congress-Jeju.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal
Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Books Puddle, New York, New York, U.S.A., without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
