About the Author: He is the author and editor of several books and regularly consults with and provides training programs to businesses, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and universities. In 2001 he was inducted in the International Adult and Continuing Education Hall of Fame and in 2004 he was inducted in the Human Resource Development Scholar Hall of Fame.
