Suparna Biswas is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal. She received her M.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Jadavpur University, West Bengal. She was an Erasmus Mundus post-doctoral research fellow under the cLINK project at Northumbria University, Newcastle, UK. She has successfully completed two funded research projects as Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI) in the area of smart healthcare using Wireless Body Area Networks (WBAN) and the Internet of Things (IoT). She has successfully guided 6 Ph.D. scholars, has supervised 80 undergraduate and 40 postgraduate final-year projects. She has served as lead editor of edited book, International journal of reputed publisher and has taken on roles such as organizing chair, session chair, session organizer, TPC member etc. at various international conferences, workshops. She has published about 100 research papers in International Journals including Q1 journals, Conferences, Book chapters etc. She has been awarded with two International patents. Her areas of teaching and research interests include Machine learning, Internet of Things, Network Security, Smart healthcare, Agriculture etc. She is a senior member of IEEE.
Chandreyee Chowdhury is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Jadavpur University, India. Her research interests include IoT in healthcare, indoor localization, and human activity recognition. In 2014, she was awarded a post-doctoral fellowship by Erasmus Mundus to conduct research at Northumbria University, UK. She has served as a Technical Program Committee member for numerous international conferences and has published over 140 research papers in reputed journals, book chapters, and peer-reviewed international conferences. Her work has appeared in several Q1 journals. She has co-authored three edited volumes and holds two international patents and two copyrights. She has successfully supervised six Ph.D. scholars and has 18 years of teaching experience, having taught courses such as Wireless Networks and Web Technology. She is a member of IEEE and the IEEE Computer Society.
Sarmistha Neogy is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Jadavpur University, Kolkata. She received her Ph.D. in Engineering, as well as her Master’s and bachelor’s degrees in computer science & engineering, from Jadavpur University. Her research interests include fault tolerance in distributed systems, reliability and security in wireless and mobile systems, wireless sensor networks, and security and privacy in healthcare and healthcare data analytics. She is a Senior Member of IEEE and the IEEE Computer Society. Dr. Neogy has published extensively in international journals and conference proceedings. She has supervised several Ph.D. students and is currently guiding more. She is a member of the Government of India’s mirror committee for the Joint Technical Committee (JTC1) and serves on two international subcommittees of ISO/IEC JTC1.

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal
Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to AHA-BUCH GmbH, Einbeck, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
