This is a terrific book for those with children who have problems with adenoids. The foreward is technical reading, but you would expect that from a doctor, and the information he presents helps one to understand that this is scientific. The rest of the book is presented in an easy to understand manner, having illustrations to drive home the points. They make it easy enough that a child could understand.

The Breathing Normalization method described in this book has been the subject of medical studies, and has been found to be effective. Again, this is a terrific book for those with children who have problems with adenoids. (Amazon review)
