Add to basketA transformative framework for leaders to design and embody their desired futures through identity evolution
The Adaptability Advantage: Unlearn the Past, Rewire Your Awareness, and Elevate Your Future is not simply a book about strategy - at its heart, it is a guide to reimagining and consciously evolving your identity as a leader. Drawing on futurism, strategy, psychology, neuroscience, and consciousness, futurist John Sanei presents a methodology for simplifying complexity, elevating awareness, and, most crucially, redefining who you are and who you are becoming. This book invites you to move beyond reactive leadership and step into the role of active creator of your future, starting with the foundational question: “Who am I becoming?”
The Adaptability Advantage goes further than trend forecasting or productivity hacks. It delivers a mindset and method grounded in science and human experience, empowering you to break free from the limitations of your past programming and habitual thinking. Through practical frameworks and reflective exercises, you will learn to shift your awareness, unlock creativity, and realign your daily actions with a consciously chosen identity - enabling you to live into the future you are shaping, rather than remaining defined by the past.
