Excerpt from Acts of General Nature, Passed at the First Session of the Twenty-Seventh General Assembly of the State of Ohio, Vol. 27: Begun and Held in the Town of Columbus, December 1, 1803, and the Twenty-Seventh Year of Said State
Sec. 3. That the second Circuit shall be composed of the Times of hot counties of Delaware, Richland, Sandusky, Huron, Marion, R5 Crawford, Seneca, Wood Hancock and Williams; and the lb $3d 8: Courts of Common Pleas shall be holden therein at the tlmes wit, following, viz: In the county of Delaware, on the sixteenth day of March, the first day of June, and the fifth day of Octo ber; in the county of Richland, on the ninth day of March, the eighteenth day of Mav, and on the nineteenth day of Oc tober; in the county of Huron, on the second day of March, the eleventh day of May, and on the twenty-sixth day of Ocv tober; in the county of Sandusky, on the fourth day of May, and on the fifth day of November; in the county of Hancock, on the twenty-fourth day of April, and on the seventh day of November; in the county of Williams, on the twenty-seventh day of April, and on the thirteenth day of November; in the county of Wood, on the thirteenth day of April, and on the ninth day of November; in the county of Seneca, on the se venth day of May, and on the second dayr of November; in the county of Crawford, on the twenty-fifth day of May, and on the fifteenth day of October; and in the county of Ma rion, on the twenty-eighth day of May, and on the twelfth.
