About the Author

Patrick Thomas Biltgen is a senior principal systems engineer in the Intelligence and Security Sector at BAE Systems Inc. in Reston, VA. He received his Ph. D, M.S, and his B.S. in aerospace engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
