nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - Active noise and vibration control has been thesubject of intense study in the last two decades.Adaptive filtering plays a key role in the successfulapplications of active noise and vibration controlsystems. Some challenges facing adaptive filterdesign is how to increase the convergence rate ofadaptive filtering and how to trade off the activecontrol performance from the various frequencysub-bands. This book tackles these challenges byimplementing the adaptive filtering algorithm in thefrequency and sub-band domains. Specifically, thisbook presents a new sub-band adaptive filterarchitecture without a signal path delay and derivesthe associated adaptive algorithm. The discussedalgorithms are applied to actively reduce thevibration of a hard disk drive. Real time andsimulation results are provided throughout the bookaccompanying the algorithm discussion. It not onlyserves as an introductory text for active noise andvibration control system, but as a practicalreference for developing adaptive algorithm in thefrequency and sub-band domains.…
