What if everything you were taught about lack was never true?
You were not born feeling like you were not enough. You were not born anxious, comparing yourself to others, scrolling through a feed looking for proof that you matter. That was installed. And anything that was installed can be uninstalled.
ABUNDANCE: The Formula Out of Lack is not another book about positive thinking or vision boards. It is a map drawn from the territory, written by someone who has spent decades in the field of holistic health, energy medicine, and subconscious reprogramming, and who has walked every road in this book before writing a single word of it.
This book will show you why fear and worry literally speed up time and waste your most non-renewable resource. How your phone is keeping you in the past and collapsing your ability to manifest. The difference between poverty consciousness and scarcity mindset. Why guilt and shame were installed by systems that profit from them and how to release them. How the body is always striving for balance and what gets in the way. The sequence from balance to wholeness to knowingness to dreaming from the heart. Why loneliness is a frequency problem not a social one. How contraction and creation, fear and love, are the two states everything else comes from. What the middle way, sacred geometry, and the Flower of Life have to do with your daily life. And why you are unconditionally loved and what changes when you actually feel that.
Written from a campsite in the forests of Sedona, Arizona, this book weaves quantum physics, epigenetics, sacred geometry, energy medicine, neuroscience, and the ancient wisdom traditions into one clear, warm, and deeply human guide to coming home to yourself.
You were never behind. You were never broken. You were never lacking. You were just carrying too much to feel how full you already were.
This is the formula out of lack. And it starts right here.
