1886. No Edition Remarks. 86 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth with gilt lettering to spine and decoration to front board. Contains black and white illustrations throughout. Pages are fairly bright with moderate tanning to free endpapers and text block edges. Moderate foxing throughout. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper, with dark water drops and a few small nicks along text block edge. Slight cracking to hinge and gutters, with exposed netting. Binding remains firm. Occasional grey thumb-marking present throughout, with pencil marginalia and underlining to page 49. Boards have light shelf-wear with minor corner bumping and mild crushing to spine ends.
