You don’t struggle because life is confusing.
You struggle because you haven’t been shown how to see it clearly.
Your emotions are not random.
They are the result of expectation.
What you feel is real—but the meaning you assign to it is shaped by what you expect, what you believe, and what you’ve been conditioned to see.
Most people don’t struggle because life is confusing.
They struggle because they’ve never been shown how to see themselves clearly.
In The 7 Attributes to Self-Awareness, Josiah Lucero introduces a powerful and structured framework for understanding emotions, mindset, and human behavior.
This book challenges the way you interpret your experiences—and gives you a system to change them.
Through the system of Experiology, you will learn how to move from reaction to awareness—and from awareness to intentional choice.
What you will learn:
- How emotions are created—and why they are not random
- The role of expectation in shaping your mindset and behavior
- How to understand your thoughts and reactions with clarity
- A structured framework for developing self-awareness
- How honesty reveals truth—and how truth leads to awareness
- The Seven Attributes that guide you toward clarity, peace, and choice
This is not just a self-help book.
It is a system for understanding how your internal world works—and how to change it.
A shift from confusion to clarity.
From reaction to awareness.
From habit to intentional choice.
Core Principle
Honesty is the gateway.
Truth reveals awareness.
Awareness creates choice.
The 7 Attributes guide the path.
Whether you are looking to improve your mindset, understand your emotions, or develop deeper self-awareness, this book provides a clear and practical framework to help you think differently—and live with intention.
