Various aspects of the fur trade are presented by many well-known historians: Dale L.Morgan, David Lavender, Merrill J. Mattes, and several others. This was first published in the Winter, 1966 issue of Minnesota History, the quarterly magazine of the Minnesota Historical Society. Previous owner's name in top corner of front free-endpaper. Lightly rubbed with minor bump to lower fore-corners, else near fine.
