Poor copy. 142 pages. Hardcover: H 25.75cm x L 19.5cm. No dust jacket (i.e. lacking). Black cloth rubbed; chipping to frayed spine head; faded white ink mark (library shelf number?) at spine's nicked heel; board corners worn. Toned text block edges with some soiling, small stains, and surface abrasions. Past owner's personal bookplate affixed to front pastedown; past owner unfortunately pasted-in (scrapbooked) several initial and rear leaves with newspaper/magazine clippings (some relevant and some not so much), sketch drawings, etc.; a few clippings inexplicably tipped-in to interior pages causing some associated toning; no text other than publishing/copyright info on title leaf verso appears to be adversely affected by extraneous material. Binding is still firm. Classic sought after book of which copies are now elusive. Jpeg images can be emailed upon request to clarify.
