Good condition, and the most important thing to know up front: NO CD-ROM IS INCLUDED. This is the printed book only. The 2008 Handbook was originally issued with the ARRL Handbook CD carrying the fully searchable text of the book; that disc is not present and is not part of this sale, so there is no searchable digital edition with this copy. The softcover binding is intact and the text block is square and complete. There is one handwritten notation in pencil and ink on a single interior page, at the inductance formulas; it is the only marking found and the rest of the pages examined are clean, with no highlighting and no underlining. The pages carry light age toning throughout, normal for the year. The covers show moderate wear with surface scuffing on both front and back, and the spine shows honest use, but there are no major creases and no tears. No library stamps, labels, pockets or barcodes were found. A sound, complete working reference that has been used and not abused.
