Concise, clear layout for every part of the AQA Computer Science 7516/7517 specification
Described as their "bible", this approachable AS and A-Level textbook has become the first choice for most teachers and schools delivering the AQA A Level specification. It covers everything in the complete Computer Science A Level. Separate textbooks are available to cover the AS Level course (9781910523063) and the second year is covered in a separate A Level textbook (9781910523032). Separate AS and A Level books allow for smaller, lighter weight and more accessible books for each year of the course. The content is identical.
Clarity is crucial. This book is laid out in a single column format with clear illustrations to keep you focussed on exactly what you need to know without missing anything. No unnecessary page clutter here! The specification has been closely followed in bite-sized chapters with exam style questions on each topic to test your understanding every step of the way.
Past exam questions are essential to good preparation, improving understanding and confidence. This book has combined real AQA questions with a selection of new questions and exercises. All the essential ingredients for getting a grade you can be really proud of.
Questions on all topics assessing knowledge, application and analysis are all specifically and carefully devised throughout this book.
Note: The questions and exercises in the book are frequently set by teachers for homework. For this reason, answers to all of the questions in the book are available free to teachers only via the PG Online website. Students who require the answers are able to contact their teachers.
PG Online are multi-award-winning specialists in Computer Science with decades of teaching, examining and design experience.
