Volume 1 and 2 only. The green cloth boards have some wear at some of the corners and the spine tips. Some light brown staining on the top of the front cover of volume 2. The hinges are good with a bit of looseness at the gutters. Both volumes have the bookplate of Lincoln Ellsworth. The bookplate has the head of a buffalo so unsure if this is the same Lincoln Ellsworth who was the famous Polar Explorer. Tissue guard on the plate at the title page of both volumes. Volume 1 has the title page loose from the text block. Volume 2 the gutter is cracked at the blank page before the plate at the title page. The inside pages of both volumes look unmarked.
